By Car:
From the M6 (north or south):
- Exit the M6 at junction 6
- Take the A38 Aston road.
- Follow signs for the M5 West and A456 Kidderminster.
- Continue to the roundabout (Paradise Circus).
- Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Broad Street.
- The Novotel is halfway up on the right-hand side, opposite the Travelodge.
The car park is located underneath the hotel, it is limited therefore we do not book or guarantee spaces - first come, first served.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

"Staff very friendly and courteous but: (i) too many at reception, (ii) checking in took an inordinate length of time, especially given the number of people behind the reception desk. This seems particularly important given that the hotel is marketed as a no-nonsense and basic, but good quality accomodation."
