By Air / Rail:
There is a courtesy bus available (on request) between Birmingham International Airport, Birmingham International Railway Station and the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel. The journey takes 10 minutes. Guests can use the free telephones in the airport and the station to ask for the bus to collect them.
By Car:
- Follow signs for the NEC from the M42 (junction 6).
- At the roundabout, take the exit onto Pendigo Way (signposted north and east car parks).
- At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit into the car park at Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
