Hotel Reviews
"Some floors are rather shabby, some seem to have been re-decorated and are quite acceptable. Constant problems with lift; only one working much of the time, didn't like stopping at ground floor. Room service deliver meal without cutlery! Happy hour advertised in bar, but not operating as busy week. No draught beer for 2 days. Most staff generally unfreindly and unwelcoming. Errors on bill on checking out. Can only recommend on strength of location!"

"5 minute walk from New Street Station. Comfortable rooms could do with an upgrade, as could most of the hotel. Some rooms subject to street noise. Limited choice in restaurant, but whatis available is good and well priced. Wine list a little expensive. Reasonable bar, but expensive outside of Happy Hour. I will continue to use this hotel, because it's proximity to New Street Staion outways any grumbles."
